Hi Everybody,
My name is Horit Herman Peled and Trebor invited me a while ago to participate in the editorial board. I really did not know what it meant, but it was refreshing and exciting to view the posts so far and feel that maybe there is still hope. I live in Tel Aviv but my being in the last few years has been at the checkpoints, those inhuman abusive barriers my compatriots inflict on the Palestinians. Being imprisoned in this unbearable reality has led me to collaborate with other women in a group called "Checkpoint Watch" and witness the arbitrary rule of power.
