Dear list,
Every person that wants to stay in the hotel needs to confirm with them
Individually. We reserved a large number of rooms but you need to contact
them and make reservation for the "networks, art, & collaboration"
conference. Please all reserve rooms in the University Inn and not in other
hotel as this one is a short ten minute walk away from the university.

The chairs can be re-arranged into a circle seating about
150 people in each of the four rooms. All of the 4 main rooms
have an installed AV system with net connection, projector, IE, video
and DVD set up.
