This sounds great.
I'm in for the hot tub!
Yes, yes, I know I didn't do it *at* Sundance, but this time's different.
It isn't going to be +21/-6 degrees for a high for the day.

Subject: [freecooperation] Organizational matters that matter
Dear all,
On this sunny March day we are sending you important organizational
notes.
Should you have questions about this please contact us off-list.
Sauna and Swimming< At the post-party morning-workout on Sunday
you can continue the heated
debate in the sauna or swimming pool (still in negotiation). Don't
forget
towel and swim suit.
Please Register< Please register for the conference on the
website.
http://molodiez.org/ocs/registration.php
We need to find out how many people will come.
The registration fee of $40 goes entirely towards food. Please all pay
this
*in-person, *cash only when you arrive. There will be a desk set up
for
this
in the Department of Media Study.
Arrival/ Departure< Please arrive in the early afternoon of
Friday April 23. We'll launch
the
publication around 7pm on Friday. Schedule your departure for not
earlier
than 7pm on Sunday evening, April 25.
For International Participants< In the airplane you'll receive
a green I-94 form for tourists. It is
important that you check "pleasure" as reason for your trip
and not
"business."
Hotel< Those of you who will stay in "The University
Inn" need to email the
hotel
(in-*at*universityinn.com) to confirm their arrival at least 2 weeks
before
the conference. In your email please state the name of our conference
"networks, art, & collaboration." The price is $50 (no
additional tax)
per
night which we negotiated for the conference (otherwise $89 plus tax).
This includes a continental breakfast. The rooms are spacious with two
large
beds. Free shuttles run by the hotel are available to pick you up from
the
airport and get you back in the evening on Sunday. Once you arrived
at
the
airport you can call the hotel at (716)-636-7500 to request the shuttle,
which will then arrive in about 20 minutes. The hotel is located a 5
minute
walk away from the location of the conference.
Finding Somebody To Stay With< If you'd like to stay with
one of the students in our department, please
approach Elizabeth Knipe <eakn-*at*buffalo.edu>;. She'll do her best
to
find
you a place to stay.
We look forward to meeting you all in about six weeks to learn, discuss,
dance, eat & make new friends.Best,
Trebor / Geert
